The Veeder-Root In-Station Diagnostic (ISD) System

As of the September 1st, 2005 implementation date, In-Station Diagnostic (ISD) systems are required for new and rebuild stations in CA that dispense more then 1.8 million gallons / year. The implementation date for new and rebuild stations dispensing more then 600 million gallons / year is April 2006. For both throughputs, existing stations must retrofit an ISD system within four years from the implementation date.
